So for reference, Shibuya station in March was bad because of all the construction and it's a main station with multiple lines so obviously lots of people lots of confusing signs etc etc

In Shibuya, they light up this street of trees with blue lights just for the holidays. Turns out everyone's all just camping until the lights turn on
