ПутешественникWe took an A road, which is considered a major route, between Eilean Donan and Inverness. The weather turned foggy and rainy on this one lane, at best, road. Speed limit 60 mph.

Drove over to see Kinnaird Castle/Lighthouse. It was being renovated, so we could not see too much. And, it was super windy, foggy, and cold. So we turned around and headed back to Lossiemouth.

Across the road from the Moray Golf Club, established in 1889.
ПутешественникIt was cold and cloudy when we checked in. We ate dinner at the hotel, then walked down to the beach. It was misting, when we started, and raining pretty hard by the time we got back to the hotel.

This castle was built by Robert Stewart at the end of the 14th century. It is used for tv and movies... Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Outlander, and was Winterfell in The Game of Thrones.

After returning the rental car and supper upon return to Glasgow. It is after 9:30 and completely light. A perk of this latitude, but much too cloudy the last few nights to see the Aurora Borealis.
