Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Adieu

Still water, clear skies and a relaxing sunset dinner cruise out of Darwin. It was a 3hour round trip from Stokes Hill Wharf to offshore Mindil Beach and back.

An hour tour on the Adelaide River with Dylan, feeding the Crocs and learning a bit more about them. The main males we came across were Dominator and Brutus whose territories are beside one another.Baca lagi
Termite mounds on the way to Wangi Falls and plunge pool. Closed due to croc sightings. There was a crocodile trap set on the pool.
We walked the rock path, then 135 steps down and back up, to the carpark after a lovely swim at the plunge pool, base of Florence Falls.
After our swim in Florence Falls plunge pool, we headed just up the road to Buley Waterfalls which is a series of small connected champagne pools.
We researched where to find a cocktail bar and headed to a hidden bar, identified only by the image of a martini glass on a door in an alleyway beside the Hilton called the Hanky Panky Lounge.

We went for a drive to Nightcliffe Beach ⛱️ Jetty and walked along the path above the shoreline. Ros enjoyed a swim.
From Nightcliffe Beach I took a stroll over to the Mulch Pit Community Garden in Nightcliffe, Darwin today on a recommendation. It is situated behind the Uniting Church facility.
