Could not have gone better! Everything went smoothly. Quickest customs I ever went through. And when Viking gets you, they take over. Our room was even ready! 11:20 amazing!

1 checked off. Get Stroopwafels at Rudi's. At Albert Cuyp Market. (Several blocks of outdoor markets) Best Stroopwafels!!

Best Gouda cheese! We had ours in our hotel room with other food we purchased from a local grocer. It went well with an apple danish and salad.

The dictates of the river shortened our time in Cologne. We visited Bruhl Palace. We could make it work to see the cathedral and catch up to the boat, but we decided to simply relax on board tonight

Constructed in 1135 as a construction office for the Regensburg Stone Bridge. When the bridge was finished in 1146, it became a restaurant. It's the oldest takeout restaurant in the world. I got a sausage sandwich with kraut and mustard. It was fantastic !!
