Went to Derwent Water for a short walk. Returned to Blachland for tea at the White Monk Tea House. Then came back to the house to enjoy some bubbles by the river.

Went to Blanchland to hike the geotrail and see all the remnants of past mining. Then we had lunch at the Lord Crewe Arms which was amazing. The whole town was a former Abbey.
