Day 8 Done

Well our London Adventure has come to an end and it was everything that we could have hoped for. We probably needed at least another week to check off everything on the wish list but we always knew chances were that we would not get to everything, but we certainly tried. Its now time for us to sit back for a couple of weeks and just enjoy being taken everywhere (no more undergrounds and steps).

Interesting Facts: We ❤️ London but just some of our observations. Best not to drink to much as public toilets are very difficult to find and if you do find one you have to pay. Even KFC charged us 50p to pee! It's really hard to find a garage bin when you are walking around. Plates of 🍟 chips don't appear to be a thing. Tried twice and both times we got the tiniest little dish (we figured about 50p a chip). Vinegar was good though. Traffic lights do not make any noises (nearly missed the lights so many times). And lastly a large number of the train stations here do not have lifts or escalators. So of course old Murphy's Law struck today when the only time since we have been here we ended up at the wrong station with all our luggage and only stairs to get to the platform.......Read more
