    Scottish Fare, Whisky, and Ale!

    We did our best to sample as much of the local cuisine as we could, and we did pretty well! We were able to enjoy everything, from North Sea and North Atlantic seafood to the traditional full Scottish breakfast, to more modern Scottish twists on Mediterranean.

    Unfortunately, we failed to capture two of our best dining experiences, one at Mithas, a fascinating fine-dining Indian restaurant we attended with the other participants and partners from the Hybrid Conference, another at The Reverie, a deliciously fun pub restaurant, also in Edinburgh.
