Trips of 2022

Update!!! Kim and Nathan's offer on a house in Merced was accepted. It took a week of back and forth but finally an agreement was reached. The closing is scheduled for Oct. 17. So now comes the fun part, packing.

It is a really nice house, 1 acre, 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (including Master) a very nice kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and built in refrig, lots of storage and mature trees. Plus some space in the back of the yard to add more fruit trees. It is in a very quiet neighborhood in Merced. This is the area they spend most of their time and where both of the boys attend school.

Luckily they don't have to sell the current house immediately so can do the move a bit easier. The third grandkid is due Nov. 12 so hoping to get most done prior to that date. Of course the baby may have a different opinion. Czytaj więcej
