Bread are cooked in a tandoori oven, I guess the process hasn't changed for years / centuries

We almost coated the whole kitchen with oats while cooking the porridge😬, maybe that's what gave a niceLeia mais
We shifted accommodation today! Our host is very nice and also very knowledgeable about the culture of Ladakh
