La Gomera 2021, Spain

since some days i arrived here in the finca and filled my days with sun ☀️ , ocean 🌊 , swimming 🏊🏼‍♀️ , yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ , meditation, drawing 🎨, listening to music 🎼 & fruit 🥭. sometimes i left the area of the finca but only once i went to the village, the rest of the time i went the other direction where no people live. and since there has been a land slide a year ago, the road which connects the finca to the harbour/village is impassable by car, as you can see on one of the pictures. so people can only arrive by boat or climb the hill and since the beach is rocky and the waves are seldom as peaceful as today, i‘m here in a different kind of lockdown. i can see the harbour wall and the boats but the ocean separates us - overcoming this distance means to have the right weather or to climb a hill. this made theses days especially calm and wonderful peaceful and i needed to put this feelings into a new drawing - i hope you like it - if i’ll come back this will be the basis for my next postcard…Baca selengkapnya
