Laurie ReynoldsI first walked through Foncebadon in 2000. It was totally in ruins, and the only thing alive were cats. Just goes to show how the Camino has really brought some of these places back to life.

Today we took an alternate route out of Villafranca to Pradela and on to Trabadelo to reconnect with the traditional Camino. It was a steep climb but the views were superb.

Slow today due to my ankle but we made it. We slept in a casa rural called the Casa Roan 4K off the Camino. Fantastic!
