First day in Kenya - Animal Orphanage

After flying yesterday and a night in a hotel in Nairobi Jess took us to the animal orphanage in the city. We met someone she knows who showed us around before it opened and let us feed the animals.

With rain forecast in the mountains we decided to chase the sun with a road trip day to the coast. Spent some time in Oamaru and loved the beautiful drive back to Twizel where we stayed the night.

Headed up the spectacular Roy's Peak by Wanaka today. A steep climb to 1572m with incredible views. Then we drove down to Te Anau where we will be based for a few days.

Drove up to Milford Sound and back taking lots of walks and pictures stops. Has to be one of the most spectacular places I have ever seen.

Adrenaline day today! Did the Nevis bungy jump, the highest in New Zealand at 134m. Also did the biggest swing in the world with Eilish. We had such a good time! Celebrated with a Ferg burger and a Czytaj więcej

Drove from Queenstown to Haast today. So many beautiful places to stop and take a wander. It was a day of incredible waterfalls and stunning blue rivers.
