Arriving in Malakka

I then went to explore some of the historic sights of the city.
The influence of the Dutch is clearly still visible and even celebrated.
The Indian influence is apparent in most places in Malaysia and most cities have an area with Indian shops and restaurants.
The oldest part of the town has been beautifully restored. The three main cultures of Malysia (Indian, Chinese and Malay culture) are apparent in every street. You find old Chinese temples next toEn savoir plus

The next day, I took a bus to KL and from there took another bus to Tanah Rata. Since that was a very long journey, I almost cancelled that part of my trip, but after Malakka I really felt likeEn savoir plus

The way up to the tea plantation was a much bigger challenge than expected especially when it started to rain, but I loved every moment about it. So many shades of green! Beautiful!
