    Day of funeral

    Emily's place after funeral service. Met up with Nigel an Brent and went in their car. This was first time Brent had met his half brother Kevin and half sister Rachael

    Stayed a few nights at Marilyn and Ians. They were going golfing in Queenstown Went to dinner with them and killed time before Red gets upgrade to Solar and new fridge.

    Borne Farm #1454 POP

    Stayed at POP called Borne Farm in Horsham Downs Hamilton. A lovely place to stay only thee others there and heaps of room. Sofia had a ball and we just chilled.

    The hot sptings next door was closed but the camp had a hot pool. Weather not looking good as we were going to kaiaua so we stayed here. Had a powered site. Pool was great as at 7pm it was closed to children and was adults only. 😊. Met leslie @ gypsy roseRead more

    After picking up red from her upgrade we drove over the Kaimai ranges through torrential rain and thunder. Kathys first time driving Red both at night and under such dreadful conditions. Stayed at the Tauranga RSA. POP#2562. Dreadful driveway to get into.Read more

    First trip over transmission gully. Red handled it really well infact with no problems. Stayed at Evans Bay Marina. Nikki picked us up and we visited at their place 😊

    Foxton stay while gas lines upgraded

    Stayed at Chanelle and Gregs house in Foxton beach while Red had all her gas lines and fittings upgraded. The gas lines on the bus were the original ones and all rubber hosing like on bbqs. This is not certifiable now and as we were living on it full time for safety reasons alone we wanted them re-done. They are now all to code with copper pipes and plastic covering. 😁. Expensive but great peace of mind. All done at gypsy caravans in levin. Would recommend for any motorhome work or alterations. We also decided ss we were going to be heading down south wed use the opportunity to remove the gas heater and get a more efficient diesel heater and also upgrade our now 15yr old toilet.Read more
