Roadtrip Day 3: Pisciotta > San Lazzaro

Von Pisciotta ging es dann über Agropoli Richtung Amalfiküste.

Dort ist die Aussicht toll, aber der Verkehr ein wenig irre, weil die Küstenstraße sehr eng ist, aber doch recht viel Verkehr mit Linienbussen und Touristen und Mopeds herrscht.

Wir haben uns den Berg nach Ravello hochgeschlängelt um dort mit hunderten anderen Touristen die Aussicht zu genießen.

Da die Hotels in und um Amalfi sehr teuer und teilweise luxuriös sind haben wir uns für die Nacht dann auf die Hügel zurück gezogen, nach San Lazzaro, wo wir großartig gegessen haben, mit lokalem Wein, Antipasti, handgemachter Pasta und Pizza aus dem Outdoor-Pizzaofen.

From Pisciotta we went via Agropoli towards the Amalfi Coast.

The views there are awesome, but traffic there is a bit crazy, because the coastal road is very narrow, but there is quite a lot of traffic with buses and tourists and mopeds.

We meandered up the mountain to Ravello to enjoy the view with hundreds of other tourists.

Since the hotels in and around Amalfi are very expensive and sometimes luxurious, we retreated to the hills for the night, to San Lazzaro, where we had a great meal with local wine, antipasti, and handmade pasta and pizza from the outdoor pizza oven.
