TravelerI assume you mean Crawfish. Yes, I learned how to cook them so the spice ends up in the crawfish. Same principle with shrimp. After they cooked, he left them in the broth for half an hour. With shrimp he said to soak them but dump a lot of ice in to stop the cooking. I didn’t get to try it but I will when we get home.
