    De brug is gebouwd in september 2000 nadat de brug verwoest was tijdens de 2de wereldoorlog. Het was best gaaf om over de brug te lopen en dan over de rivier heen te kijken.
    The bridge has been build in september 2000 after the bridge was destroyed during the 2nd world war. It was pretty cool to walk in the bridge and look across the river.Leer más

    Het waterpark van Esztergom. We besloten om ff te zwemmen bij dit warme weer. Het waterpark was niet super bijzonder, maar wel ff lekker.

    Vandaag aangekomen in Tatabánya. We waren er een beetje vroeg en daarnaast was het adres verkeerd opgegeven, maar we hebben het appartement kunnen vinden. Vandaag voornamelijk wat eten gehaald en rond em in het winkelcentrum gelopen.
    Arrived today in Tatabánya. We arrived a bit early and the adress that we got was wrong, but we managed to find it. Today, we mostly got some food en walked around and in the shopping mall.    Leer más

    Het was een openluchtmuseum over de geschiedenis van de mijnen van Tatabanya en hoe mensen daar leefden. Was een best interessant museum en er was ook genoeg informatie in het engels beschikbaar om informatie te kunnen verkrijgen.
    It was an open air museum about the history of the mining industry in Tatabanya and how the people lived there. Was a pretty interesting museum and there was enough information in english to understand everything.    Leer más

    Bánhida is een stadsgebied in het zuiden van Tatabánya. In Bánhida had je voornamelijk wat parkjes en een katholieke kerk .
    Erőmű is in het zuidwesten en heeft alleen een redelijk groot meer. Jammer genoeg kon je hier echter niet veel van zien door het aantal huizen.
    Bánhida is a city area in the south of Tatabánya. You mostly had some parks and a catholic church.
    Erőmű is in the southwestern part and only has a big lake, sadly you cpuldnt see most of it bc of the amount of houses next to the water.    Leer más

    Op het begin van de dag vertrok ik naar Tata, ik stopte 1 station eerder en ging via daar naar het centrum en kwam ik dit park tegen. Was een leuk parkje met een meer.

    De Slowaakse tegenhanger van Komárom. Het is best beroend voor het oude fort, waarvan het nog in 9 gedeeltes overeind staat.
    The Slovakian counterpart of Komárom. Its pretty famous for its old fortress. The fortress remains today in around 9 parts.Leer más

    Uiteindelijk aangekomen in Komarom, eerst ging ik naar de slowaakse stad Komárno en toen ging ik deze stad ontdekken. Mooie stad maar heeft alleen echt een parkje en een fort (waar ik niet naartoe ging).
    Arrived in Komárom. I went to the Slovakian city Komárno first before exploring this city. Its a nice city and only has a park and a fortress (which I havent been to).    Leer más

    Bikás park- Budapest-Kelenföld

    Om naar Siófok te gaan moest ik eerst overstappen op Budapest-Kelenföld. Hierbij besloot ik om even naar het park dichtbij het station te gaan zodat ik rustig daar kon wachten en zodat ik de gratis trein (via de landpas) kon nemen. Het park heet Bikás park en is met M4 snel te bereiken.
    To go to Siofók, I needed go get a transfer on Budapest-Kelenföld. I decided to go to a park that is close to the train station so I could wait and relax. This had the benefit that I could wait for a train that was free (via the country pass). The park was easily reachable with M4.    Leer más

    Ik besloot in de ochtend om de boot te pakken richting Tihany om de andere kant van het meer te ontdekken, was een leuke boottocht en cool om naar het uitzicht over het meer heen te kijken.
    I decided to take a ferry to Tihany in the morning to explore the other side of the lake. It was a nice trip and it wss cool to see the view across the lake.Leer más
