Sandy Sydney

Today we got up and checked out of our hotel. We went to the cafe next door for breakfast and got an egg & bacon roll and a coffee. Next, we walked through the CBD to the port, got a ferry to Manly, and then took the bus to the headland. We walked around the bush and explored the old naval ruins. We then walked along the path to the beach and found a geocache! Once we got to the beach, we found a cafe called the Boathouse, got a pint, and had some delicious oysters. I also got a gingerbread boat. We then had to rush back to get the ferry back to the mainland. Once we were back on the mainland, we walked back to the fancy chocolate shop to get more chocolate and then popped back into the pizza shop for lunch. After that, we took the train to a music shop in Sydney. Finally, we got the train to the airport and went through security to find out our flight was delayed. Eventually, we got on the plane, and I was sitting in the window seat on the exit row, so I got loads of legroom! 😍 We then landed back in Brisbane and got the train back home.
