The Final List

Today I got up and walked to The Wesley Hospital for my final operating list in Australia (for the time being). I met Dr O'Rourke and Dr McKevitt at the theatre for an upper GI list. I was able to scrub for the final case of the list. Dr O'Rourke then signed off my supervision paperwork. After this, I went to grab some lunch from the surgeons' lounge. After lunch, I went to get a hospital stamp on my letter and then went home to run some errands. Next, I went back to the hospital, dropped off cards and presents for everyone at the medical school, and went back upstairs to collect my form. The chief medical officer signed the bottom of my form and asked me to tell the university to contact them should they have any further questions. I then returned home and packed all my belongings.
