Lunching in Toppenish

About a 300 mile drive from Cascade Locks to Leavenworth in Washington. Yakima was about halfway so we decided to stop for lunch to break up the drive. Toppenish is a small town just south that looked like an easier iron then the "big" city of Yakima. What a fun find. Small, older town that still had their downtown park and older buildings. Had mapped or way to another restaurant only to find out had closed and then was directed to El Noa Noa by a store owner when we asked for a lunch recommendation. This restaurant has taken sidewalk dining to a new level. Pretty clear that this garden oasis has been in place several years, but it was perfect for pandemic times. Lots of planters with flowers and veggies, and cute grass shade covers. Great Mexican food, with handmade flour tortillas and ice cold water!Baca selengkapnya
