Operated by local fishermen and cooperatives, these temporary oyster huts—simple, bustling, and unmistakably Itoshima—serve up freshly harvested oysters sold by the kilogram. Diners grill them right at their tables, cracking open the shells as the juices sizzle and steam rises.
