🌮 Taco Tuesday

It’s Taco Tuesday and I’m a lucky guy! I have an avocado and some hummus… these are luxury on trail because they are heavy and/or fragile. I forgot to eat them yesterday (maybe because of the rain?). So this is a respectable offering, tofu “turkey” slices, avocado, lemon dill hummus, salt&pepper. Score: 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 5/5. I’d eat this at home. 😉Read more
