This was my first full day of hiking after some rest and it was not easy terrain for easing into it. I fell behind almost immediately and never caught up to my crew. Here’s what’s going on: I really need to plant this right foot solidly with each step to avoid twisting it again and that means my pace is extremely slow and deliberate. I did get a supportive compression sleeve to help keep things where they belong, and there is no swelling. Pain is way, way down… but… yeah, I’m not walking quite naturally yet. There are some tents set up here but it looks like I have the shelter all to myself! Huzzah!Baca lagi
