California 2022

Up early (ish) for drive in to Monterey and hop on board our whale watching vessel.
Amazing trip - after about an hour (passing some dolphins en route), in pretty thick sea mist, we come upon 2 X blue whales.
After watching them for a time, we move to another location where, with the sun now shining, we watch sea lions, sea birds and up to 6 humpback whales.
Quick wander around fisherman's wharf before meeting Alex, Lauren and dogs at Alvarado Street Brewery for burgers (and beer)
Shepherds then head on an exciting outing to visit a 7 Eleven, and stop to watch the sea lions on the seashore on the way back to the car.
Steak night at Alex and Laurens as we help to christen the outdoor kitchen.Les mer
