Half Day Dolphin & Stradbroke Is. Tour

Looking for the perfect Gold Coast activity? Then check out the Half Day Kayaking Tour. You get to paddle the beautiful Gold Coast waterways, spot the abundant Gold Coast wildlife and enjoy breakfast on a secluded beach. Unfortunately the waters weren't great because of all the flooding so we didn't get to see dolphins, turtles or stingrays.

We did have a Light continental breakfast on the beach.... Which brings up the question - what would you think the brekky would be?

We snorkeled with hundreds of sub tropical fish off the beach of Wavebreak Island. We also did a short paddle to South Stradbroke Island; and bush walked to one of the best surfing beaches in the world. We did see a surfer (he was behind the sand pipe you see in the picture.

Our guides, Damian (Aussie) and Mark (a Brit) were phenomenal and made the trip a lot of fun. The crew we went with were also mostly Victorians and were a lot of fun.Read more
TravelerDisappointing you didn’t get to see any ocean animals. Glad you had fun and survived the paddling 😀 Kayaking in the ocean is a lot harder than the lake.
