While in Oregon, it rained the entire time we were there. The one time it wasn't raining was when we went to Crater Lake and it was snowing. While we made the treacherous drive to Crater Lake, we couldn't get past the Visitors Center as it's closed, and during winter, they get more snow than any other national park.

We stopped by a wood carving shop and got a heart made of Redwood.

In Oregon City, there was a great Oregon trail interactive museum where we were able to dress up and do some activities that were expected while we learned about them.

We were even able to attend a St. Patrick's Day parade in Portland.
