Caught yet another local festival. The Spanish do love a party! Music in the streets, and a cheeky wee decanted bottle of wine to join the festivities

Despite thunder and lightening last night, we had a lovely walk today through some hills to get to this pretty little hostel. The owner asked if we were sisters, mum is chuffed!

Reached the iron cross to place our stones. Its a tradition for pilgrims to carry a stone from their country to leave by the cross and say a prayer. Jordan picked 2 for mum and 1 for me from the frontBaca lagi

We accidentally walked 35km today. Planned on stopping at 20 but the feet kept going. Hard to believe that tomorrow we only have a short walk to reach Santiago. The bubbly beckons!
