    Coober Pedy

    Good gravel road south into Coober Pedy on the Kempe Road. We weren’t looking forward to a windy night in a campground in Coober Pedy without a campfire so we booked into the Lookout Cave Underground Hotel. The hotel has access to the “roof” for a 360 degree view of the town.

    The next morning we’re up and away early to fast track it home. Very foggy until about 9.30am.    Read more
