Broken Hill

Long day of driving homeward after leaving Gawler Ranges NP, entering the Eyre Highway at Kimba. A bit of light rain and much cooler temperatures. Into Port Augusta for lunch and then on to Orroroo and refuelling at Peterborough. On to the Barrier Highway and arrive at Broken Hill in time for dinner and check in to the art deco Royal Exchange Hotel on Argent Street.Read more
