Took care of some chores today. Then up to Robert Service’s cabin where I did my recital of The Cremation of Sam McGee.

Resupply day. Also did a tour of the stern wheeler Keno. Dawson has a public claim on Bonanza Creek and the visitor centre lends out pans, so we went gold panning. We think we found some shiny stuff,Läs mer
The weather has turned a bit colder and wetter. We planned to do a hike with Renée before she gets back on the road. When we got to the trail head everything was clouded in so there was not muchLäs mer
This hike gets you up high enough to see the mountain Tombstone Park is famous for. The sky was moderately cooperative so we did manage to get a glimpse of the famous mountain range.

Our goal is simply the next campground up the highway. It took all day, there was so much to see we kept stopping every 2 kms. Probably would have been better off doing this portion on a bike.Läs mer
Woke up to snow, not a lot but it was a sign of how the weather was changing. Today we are staying put to let Renée get ahead of us. We explored around the campground (Engineer Creek).
