Cycled along the beachfront against a northerly wind to Rimini. Heaving with families celebrating Liberation Day, all with winter coats and umbrellas. Mile after mile of beachside eateries and bars, all with kids playgrounds and manicured sand stretching 200m to the waters edge. Rimini seemed quite a dump but we happened upon a place for lunch in the sun.Read more
