Dublin

We had bought tickets in advance (2x 8 €) at the tourist office in Dublin for the Dublin Express to the airport. When we arrived at the departure point (Eden Quay) there were already many people waiting. A bus came by, but it was full and passed us alone. Then another bus appeared, which could still accommodate people, but the organization was very chaotic. There were still people left behind who couldn't come along. We also. People were given a telephone number by an employee where they could submit a complaint, but that did not help us. The employee also could not guarantee whether the next bus would not also be full. Anneke and I had had enough and left for a competitor's bus stop a little further away (Aircoach). Here too, access was anything but smooth. First people who had booked online, then people with a ticket and then the others. We were determined not to wait any longer and luckily were able to come along. The fare was also exactly the same. At the airport we had to walk quite a distance to gate 102.
