Aurora!!!

Just a quick update - we are finally headed out on the ferry a half hour late, but there is so much aurora activity!! It is so much fun!! It had to be pretty bright cause there is so much light pollution, but it is so cool!! And way more green!

So the aurora has faded so more of an update - I was getting super cranky we were leaving so late as I need my sleep! Yesterday I had said to Raymond that taking this 9pm ferry would be pretty nice if it was clear and we could see the lights…and then we could!! It was so cloudy when we got back to the car, but cleared up by the time we got on the boat! And the aurora was so cool!!! It was so much fun watching it!!! Plus on the other side the moon was super bright orange which was a lot of fun, and some clouds came in around it which was cool. All the fun on the aurora ferry!! It’s also not very cold which is nice. We are bundled up and sitting outside and toasty! This turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing day!!Read more
