Day 34, Still in California

Lesson so far: less is more, meaning luxury isn’t lots of clothes-changes, but lugging less stuff around. We had sent Mie a box of warmer clothes, meds, etc before we left home. And spent part of today unpacking/repacking and sending the box with stuff deemed no longer necessary back to Cincinnati. My suitcase is still heavier/fuller than I’d like so I’m still learning. Drove to the San Clemente pier because it is so beautiful (plus surfers😎). And a final visit with Leo included Mark’s first In-N-Out burger. A mix-up with our flights means we leave tomorrow morning for Tokyo.Les mer
