Day 57, Eating and Shopping, Jeju

Not much to report. Just taking care of business - some shopping, laundry, naps. Lots of morning rain. Had two authentic Korean meals. Lunch was kimbop - a seaweed wrap with meat, veggies, and rice - delicious. And a fish/seafood dinner at a very authentic local restaurant. After all, we are on an island. You don’t see heavy Koreans. Our guide says it isn’t because they don’t eat. But because they eat so much kimchi and kimchi burns away all of the fat. Maybe. Seems to be working.
