Day 63, On to Istanbul

Sixteen hours and two flights brought us to Istanbul. Mark says he got lots of sleep and is energized. I’m dragging. Rain since our arrival doesn’t help. This is our third time in Istanbul - a gorgeous city across Europe and Asia that is easy to love. Each time we’ve visited we have been drawn to the Bosphorus. So for this trip I spent hours finding an Airbnb with the best view. I think I succeeded (look at the videos to see) but it comes with the price of carrying our luggage up LOTS of stairs. But we are absolutely mesmerized by what we see.Lue lisää
