Parc d'Ornithologique Pont du Gau

Today we decided to go to the Parc d'Ornithologic du Gau. It was built by a wealthy family and is a paradise not only for Flamingos which can be seen at a near distance, but other birdlife too. We even spotted a beaver at the end. We walked along the whole track, which was long. Most people just do the first bit where the most birds are. There it was packed. We did the whole Parc. Where we could spot fewer birds we were almost alone. Luckily it was not so hot like the other days. Not sure I would have managed the whole circle in the summer heat 🥵.Read more
