Met many interesting and nice people in Russia on my way to Aleysk where I suppose to take the train to Almaty. Things turned out differently and I got the lift to Almaty.

Long day driving. Average speed 50km/h due to the rough roads. It's going to be a long journey. This time sleeping in not that fancy place - motel by the road.

Setting up from Medeu. Backpack far too heavy (17kg). Carrying whole house on my back. Got lost only once :) . Camped with Gaukhar and Amis.

Adventurous ascending through 'prieval turistov'. Didn't succeed to pass. Hard weather condition and altitude tiredness would be too risky to continue.
