We left Rasa Ria at 7:00 am this morning for our flight to Kuala Lumpur. So many of the staff came to the lobby to sing the farewell song and take photos. It was quite a send-off. They really make itBaca lagi

We were out and about this afternoon in an area that reminded us of Yangon, which surprised us. We'd never been to that part of KL before, and suddenly, we found ourselves feeling like it was familiar. It felt good.

We arrived at Haneda at 10:30 last evening. Akiko met us and brought us to our hotel. It was after midnight when we checked in. This is the view we woke up to this morning. Not bad.

After Sugamo, we went one station over to Komagome. Here we went to these gardens - new to us. Japanese gardens are always so lovely.

Kobeya was one of our favorite restaurants when we lived in Nishinomiya. We were surprised to see that they are in Tokyo, too, so Akiko suggested we have lunch there just before going to the airport.Baca lagi

After another WestJet flight from Calgary, we arrived back at YYJ - Victoria International Airport. John met us at the airport and brought us home 🏡 bringing an awesome trip to a happy close. ❤️
