    Day trip to Fitzroy Island with just the most amazing scenery. Kayaks were also hired and it's the first time I've heard It's Five O'Clock Somewhere! Felt a bit sea sick so made sure to stock up on tablets for the following day.....Read more

  • Jake's Road Trip Day 1

    We hired a car for our hostel roommate Jake to drive. He was local so knew all the spots we needed to see. First we headed to Four Mile Beach at Port Douglas, before continuing on to Mossman Gorge and stopping off for lunch in the town of Daintree. We then headed up to Thornton Beach and finally to Cape Tribulation before taking the drive back to Gilligan's.Read more

    We had to take the bus to Tranmere, Tasmania, to see what the place had to offer, which was absolutely nothing other than lots of nice houses.   • A Rough Start and Back to Sydney

    The day started feeling very rough, resulting in my first time throwing up after drinking alcohol, 10 minutes before we were due to checkout. I was well and truly Josh'd. We pottered around Melbourne feeling sorry for ourselves and took 2 trips to McDonalds along the way. We then flew back to Sydney!Read more

    Bus down to Bondi and Coogee Beach with waves like I've never seen! We took the walk to Pylon Lookout on Harbour Bridge and then ate dinner at Eastbank by the Opera House.
