South Pacific Solo Travel

It was an early start today as we headed out for a trip to the desert! We were picked up in a lovely air conditioned vehicle and driven out of the city to a base where we would try quad biking, camel riding, dune bashing and sand boarding. Our driver was delighted when he received a phone call on the way home to say that his afternoon guests had cancelled. He said this would be his first evening off (after 5pm) for 3 months as he usually works 7am - 11pm every single day. He didn't seem bothered by his distinct lack of work life balance but definitely needs to join a union.Lue lisää
