    Every Sunset a Masterpiece

    January 4 in Anguilla ⋅ ⛅ 27 °C

Time in Anguilla feels like a deep breath — calm, unhurried, and soothing. Most of my days here have been spent at the beaches, which truly live up to their reputation. So far, Blolly Ham Bay stands out as my favorite. Tucked away in the southwestern end of Anguilla, it takes some effort to reach. After parking the car, there’s a 30-minute walk, but the reward is a completely deserted stretch of beach. Just me, the soft sand, and the gentle waves.

Shoal Bay is another gem. While it’s more accessible, it still feels peaceful, especially if you’re willing to walk a bit further from the parking area. Both spots share the same stunning, crystal-clear water, and the kind of pristine sand that feels like powder under your feet.

But the best part? The sunsets. Every evening, the sky seems to light up in a different palette of colors, painting a breathtaking scene that feels impossible to capture in words. Whether it’s fiery oranges or soft pastels, these sunsets are the perfect way to end the day.

Anguilla might not have much going on, but its beauty speaks for itself. For now, I’m just savoring the quiet and letting the rhythm of the waves set the pace.
