Puente la Reina to Estella (21 km)

Started off from Puente la Reina and saw this little guy in the middle of the road. A good reminder that slow and steady wins the race (and gets you to the end safely!). Some beautiful scenery and lots of "rolling" hills. I just tell myself that each hill makes me stronger for the next day! Walked over an old bridge that was built in the Roman times - I touched it and asked it to share some of its strength! I brought along my little tens machine (smaller than my cell phone) so it will be working overtime on my back tonight!Les mer
