Bovey Tracey Arts and Crats festival

We are spending the weekend trying out the car with all the gear for Mark’s excursion to France and Italy. Yesterday, We incorporated a visit to the Bovey Tracey high-end Arts Festival, where we visited my friend Michelle Griffiths, who is renowned for her Japanese Shibori textile and sculptural techniques. She had a stand there. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around, looking at all the beautiful items, and chatting with artists, printmakers, and crafters. We enjoyed lunch out in the open, listening to folk bands and watching the hordes of people perusing the stalls. Note photo, of me modelling one of Michelle pieces.Read more
