Final days in the Philippines

We had the adventure from Malapascua. We got to the ferry dock just as they started loading. Perfect. There was a bus leaving in ten minutes when we arrived at Maya port. Almost perfect. It wasn't air-conditioned. So we ran up to the bus terminal to check on an ac bus. 45 minutes. Hmmm. We went back out to the road just in time to flag the non ac bus and off we went. The problem with the non ac bus is it's cheaper so all the locals use it and it stops often.
Five hours later the bus stopped at a mall that was on a short direct route towards our hotel in Cebu. We unloaded there saving us the time of going all the way to the bus stop and then catching a grab back to the hotel.
So like I said, almost perfect.

We flew to Manila and picked up our suitcases that we had stored there.
We spend the night and catch a late flight for Chaing Mai.
It was a great time in the Philippines. We're looking forward to Thailand.Read more
