Manilla and Dumaguete

We arrived in the morning on the ferry. The area around the ferry terminal in the Bay was full of collapsed, dilapidated houses built out over the water.
Our flight to Dumagate didn't leave till the next day, so we had to find something to do. We booked a hotel, which was actually kind of nice except for the fact that it was right at the junction of two highways. The road noise was incredibly loud and obnoxious.
