To celebrate Christmas we decided to treat ourselves to some really good meat. Google and 1 local said Chuck's Fine Meats. You never know when your in unfamiliar territory, but when you show up at 10am when they open and there is a line to get in... that's a pretty good sign!
Used our new Cuisinart pellet grill (thanks kids!) for our porterhouse steaks with purple potatoes, grilled corn, and sauted oyster mushroom and leeks. Yummo!Read more
