Day 1 Rough start again

We had a rough start again, we also had a rough start last May!

Our flight from Phoenix to Miami was supposed to leave at 11pm and land at 515am. 30 min before our Uber ride, got notice from American, flight delayed, now leaving at 5am landing at 1115am! Tried to get some sleep, Uber came at 2am...we're exhausted already!

But we made it to Cuba! Staying with great hosts in Santa Clara in a very nice house! We slept pretty well, actually after 2 days of almost no sleep we passed out pretty well!
