Palatki Heritage site

Another great visit to an Indian cliff dwelling site! This one was a guided tour and we hiked to the actual dwelling site! Thousands of petroglyphs!! And fascinating history. One picture if you look close you can see the imprint of the fingers from when it was built about 900 yrs ago! Tracey is holding an ear of corn that is from the time the inhabitants lived here. In the other pic she is holding a piece of Agave, also 900 yrs old. They would chew the agave kind of like chewing tobacco.Читать далее
