It is interesting to observe the security guards. They would probably be the first to intervene if they noticed criminal activity in the pedestrian area (pickpockets, scammers, etc.). Begging or other forms of consumer harassment are not accepted in tourist and restaurant areas.

Interesting to see how many employees (in the picture I counted 12 people from the staff, but not all of them were captured in the photo) were in the restaurant. The service was excellent, the quality was first class, the head waiter personally came to our table twice. Half an hour later all the tables were occupied... And without wanting to compare too much, I remembered a restaurant back home where last time instead of a homemade wiener schnitzel they gave a schnitzel from a freezer bag... Something like that in Argentina would not be possible, because the high competition but also the demands of consumers force high standards.
